Affiliate programme terms
This is a reporter.pics service policy, not personalised legal advice. The operator’s legal name, address and registry details will be completed when the company is formed. The Turkish and English versions are the operative texts.

1. Parties
These Terms apply between [FULL LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR] and a person or business in the reporter.pics referral programme (“Affiliate”). Member Terms and Community Guidelines apply where relevant. Publishers receive invite links from the Earnings panel.
2. Links and tracking
An Affiliate receives an opaque code. Opening the link stores the code in the rp_k cookie for up to 36 hours. A later click overwrites the cookie (last click). Attribution is created only for a new account opened after the click and a paid subscription within 36 hours of the click. One record per invitee. Self-referrals and bot accounts do not earn commission. If the cookie is deleted or the window lapses, no match may be recorded.
3. Commission
If the invitee remains a paid member for 90 days, 33.33% of one month of that member’s plan (rate editable in Admin) is earned. The same share accrues again every further 90 days while they stay paid. No commission on cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, fake registration or prohibited methods; paid amounts may be corrected where lawful.
4. Payment and tax
Commission is credited to the publisher balance and paid by IBAN withdrawal. The Affiliate remains responsible for tax and documents.
5. Promotion
The commercial relationship must be clearly disclosed (for example #ad or #affiliate). False price or feature claims and hidden paid promotion are prohibited.
- Unsolicited bulk email, SMS or DMs.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden frames, automatic redirects without choice.
- Fake accounts, sham payments, self-referrals, paid artificial sign-ups.
- Domains or profiles impersonating reporter.pics.
- Promotion alongside content that breaks the Community Guidelines.
- Unauthorised paid ads on brand keywords.
6. Review and end
Suspicious activity may be investigated and related commission withheld. Serious breaches end participation. Properly accrued commission is settled under the payout rules. The programme does not create employment or a partnership.
7. Law
Governing law will be that of the operator’s establishment (to be stated when company details are completed). Contact: hello@reporter.pics.
